Registration and Enrollment

At the time you enroll your child the director will explain the policies and procedures of the school. At least one visit with your child is required before he/she starts school. This will provide you and your child an opportunity to meet with the teachers.
You will asked to fill out the forms listed below. The forms provide our staff the information needed to give your child individualized care. The health form must be completed by your child’s physician. The forms must be completed before your child starts school. All Children must be up-to-date on their immunizations and has had an annual physical.

There is a once-a-year registration fee of $30.00
